「This property was in an ideal location to explore the west of scotland and the Isle of Skye. The village had amenities that suited our needs, a well sticked shop tea rooms and local restaurants. The cottage itself was well equipped and spotlessly clean and comfortable All information was given before we arrived and host checked in with us once we arrived. It was perfect for 2 of us but had enough room for a small family of 4.」

「スカイ島観光の起点としては最適な場所です。サービスで気になった点は、①ディナー　予約して5分前に行くも、入り口際の最悪席を案内。入る時にメニューカードを渡され、ワインアルコールメニュー提供なし。席は、変更希望して変えて貰いました。他の接客は、席でメニューとワインリストを丁寧に接客。前菜をシェアしたく、皿をリクエストするも拒否。メインに変わる時にカテラリーを変えて貰いましたが、肉料理に丸いナイフを提供。切りにくいのを見た他のスタッフがシャープなナイフを持って来てくれて美味しく楽しめました。料理は美味しく満足。我々がアジア人だったから? 白人には丁寧。 ②タオルと水のサプライ無しスカイ島観光を終えて戻り、シャワーを浴びようとするも、タオルが1枚しかありませんでした。サプライを依頼したら、すぐに持ってきてくれて、反応は良好。隣にSPARがあり、小物の買い物も出来て良い場所にあるから①②の体験は残念でした。」

「I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is very nice, but it's worth noting that they do not accept Amex cards. While there isn’t a supermarket nearby, the hotel offers plenty of complimentary snacks, which was a nice touch. 「当日は、スカイ島観光後、少し遅く到着の予定で、その旨連絡をしていましたが、あと少しで橋を渡れるかと思っていたところ前方で交通事故があったらしく車の流れが止まってしまい2時間ほど動かなくなり、明るいうちにと思っていたのに到着したのは23時を過ぎてしまいました。片言の英語で状況を説明、宿泊させていただきました。チェックインは22時までになっていたので、もしかすると車中泊りにとも、覚悟していたのでたすかりました。」
