Location was fabulous.
We had a water view with the Skye Bridge as well
Very quiet and away from a lot of tourist traffic and people.
A fair distance from the tourist attractions on Skye but the drives are well worth it for the scenery
It’s a great place for bus tours and that is what it is used for. Small rooms, small halls, and minimum parking around. Breakfast was good and if you’re just passing through it will do for one night. Bed was clean and shower worked well.

Location was great and local restaurants were very good. Our room had a mouldy/musty smell that made me feel ill. The breakfast buffet was nice with lots of choice and large dining room. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Lift was out of service so had to drag our bags up the stairs and walk in a maze to get to our room. Parking can be challenging but local church lot was available on most days.
We had 2 rooms booked here. The staff was friendly, the place is very cozy with a beautiful water facing property. We did not get a chance to eat lunch or dinner at the restaurant, but the breakfast had a lot of variety and was great! The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. We stayed here 2 nights to explore Skye! I highly recommend Kings arms!
As advertised. The rooms were great. Comfortable beds. Coffee and tea in the room. The blinds on the windows were excellent to keep out the light. The breakfast in the morning had a lot of variety and was very tasty. Will stay here again.

Older hotel and room and property reflect that. Can hear through walls and hallways. Restaurant staff were great. Some were there from breakfast to dinner non stop with a smile on. Front desk wasn't as friendly. Breakfast was ok. Limited parking.
Nothing but a towel, toilet paper and hand soap. No daily house cleaning. Lift was not working and nobody to help you up three levels with heavy luggage. Limited parking and the breakfast was basic. If I went back to Skye I definitely would not stay there.
We stayed in a twin room which was excellent with a dressing area and attached bathroom. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Enjoyed a Good continental breakfast with nice lake and Skye bridge view.
Stayed one night at The Kings Arms hotel. While the view was pretty and the location was ideal for exploring the Isle of Skye throughout the day, the room was way overpriced with limited amenities. Additionally, the hotel and furnishing could use a refresh (example, bed was broken and could feel the springs). Would not recommend.
Breakfast was delicious, staff is super nice and friendly, the place is located in a centric location if you’re visiting the Isle of Skye makes a great basecamp, overall I’m very happy with this place.
Excellent situated hotel with stunning views.
Yes it does need some refurbishing , but makes up by having super friendly and efficient staff.
Top breakfast with lots of choices.
I would book here again in a heartbeat.
Recommend.
Clean room staff were lovely, breakfast was nice.
Didn’t eat at the hotel restaurant, we ate at a near by restaurant. Menu looked nice though.
All I would say is you could hear people walking and moving around from the room, slept really well. Lovely place definitely go again.

This hotel is like staying at a relatives house that has lived in the same house for 50 years. It's outdated but clean. Bathrooms were updated. Mattresses and pillows were fairly low end. Staff was friendly and accommodating overall. Parking is a bit of an adventure. Not many options for dining in the immediate area. The food from the hotel, both dinner and breakfast were good with nice variety. View is spectacular if you get a bay view
Overall the hotel is well appointed and has an easy charm about it. The staff we very good and other than the bed being very small for two people, we enjoyed our stay.
