"The bed! was perfect. I slept so good. They are renovating but it never disturbed us. The cleaning staff was a amazing. I ask for more pillows and towels and got them right away. Would stay here again. "

"Everything was great when we came to this hotel . Staff were friendly and very knowledgeable about the city of Pigeon Forge! The only down fall was the smell from the carpet on the second floor . "

"Half way laundry service , mountain view was nice but deck was falling apart, room was dirty, and looked like they painted over black mold in the room, tv was real small, and fridge worked but had yellow stains all over it, looked like it was in a room that was smoked in, and not alot of security cameras outside. Stay was unpleasant.. i will not go back there.. "

"The staff were extremely welcoming as soon as we arrived. The entrance is a bit busy as there is a lot of pedestrian traffic coming to The Island so I found it easier to use valet parking. We had a village view room which is a view of the shopping areas. The room and bathroom were very clean and smelled great! The hotel is located in a great location, especially with having kids. The food was great at Finn’s! Live music with dinner made for a wonderful experience. The kids enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub in April which allowed for fantastic views of the fountain and the Smokey Mountains! We did not bring any pets on this visit."
