"This is the second time I’ve stayed. It’s very clean and up to date. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. It’s nice that they text you things that are going on and you can text them with any questions. The pool was fantastic!! I could Walk right in. It was the perfect temperature. The Mexican restaurant was very good and the margaritas were yummy. "

"Front desk staff needs customer service training, if you are looking for a quite hotel to relax this NOT the hotel for that!!! Its ok if u are going to spend the day at the parks, parking its hard they do have a party place there and there is not parking for guest... "

"Pros. The property, the resort, the accomodations all excellent. Perks are nice water park access to 3 waterparks Cons: the closest water park is really only for kids... crowded. We had a parking permit for infront of condo but it was always taken so had to park at main parking area and walk back many times Courtesy coffee station was not operational during our stay. Room was not ready till 5 pm and they were not able to accomodate a late check out. I dealt with 3 front desk people. 2 were amazing and one had no customer service experience what so ever. While taking us on the fastest tour of the century and giving the lousiest directions to our unit a lady who was soaking wet with a baby in her hands asked for a towel. Instead of getting it for her he directed her to walk to the front desk dripping all the way to get one in the cold air conditioned room. Same guy ignored my request for somekind of gesture to us for the late checkin. It didnt ruin our vacation .. the other two employees were awsome "
