Excellent location, About 10 minutes away from the city. Great staff Team. It is a container style room with modern accents. We enjoyed the patio with private yacuzzi in each room. Breakfast included was outstanding like a full meal. Great food and drinks with a pool overlooking the two volcanos. We were on business/vacation so we did miss a closet to organize our clothes. But if you are going on vacation you wont need it. Thank you everyone at Elite for making our 6 days memorable. JR

When we first arrived we were shown a small 1 bed, room which was not what I booked. My receipt showed a different room number and it was supposed to be a 2 bed room. We were able to get the two beds but I had to pay more for it. Our lock on the door seemed like it had to of been reinforced at some point and was quite flimsy. The pool and the grounds are very nice. My favorite part was looking out out door and being able to see the volcano in the distance.

Todo el staff es amable y atento, la alberca con calefacción es estupenda, grande y con vista al volcán. La tina de hidromasaje es deliciosa. Gracias a Patricia, Carlos y Claudia por sus atenciones. La comida del restaurante es excelente. No dudaría en regresar.
Los arcos en la alberca le dan un aspecto agradable.
