"This is a very nice and cosy boutique hôtel close the city center, at the bottom of the famous Citadelle. Rooms are very comfortable (decoration style is bold… you like it or not) and the real cherry on the cake is an excellent and affordable restaurant on site. Staff is super friendly and helpful. "Despite emailing on three occasions to request a room suitable for someone with a disability, we were placed in a room that could only be reached using stairs. Despite the fact that these emails did not bounce back we were told that they had not been received. We expected the convenience of a meal at the hotel as promised on the Expedia website. Apparently these have not been available since January. "

"Wow! We have nothing negative to say about this hotel! Firstly, staff are amazingly friendly, welcoming any helpful. The building is modern light and airy with pleasing decor. The room was same, perfectly comfortable and had everything we needed, plus a fantastic shower and the room was so quiet we felt like we were the only people staying there, no noise from outside despite being by the train station and great aircon!
Some other great facilities are there are coffee machines serving good coffee and various tea bags all on a help yourself unlimited basis!!!! Amazing 😃 and a cold water dispenser!! Also a bar open serving drinks and local beers. We didn’t have time for breakfast as moving on early but it looked good.
All in all this is the best hotel we have stayed in so far on our European🏍️ tour, and Namur by the way was also nice, take a walk down by the river. "

"A lovely quirky hotel with very friendly, welcoming staff and an excellent breakfast (check out the pancake making machine and freshly squeezed OJ!) Suggest booking ahead if you want to eat in either of the restaurants as they were fully booked when we arrived but the chap on reception gave us several recommended lical restaurants in walking distance and then booked a lively little fanily run Italian restaurant for us. Highly recommended and very good VfM"
