Nice hotel but don't really feel it is a 4-star. Staff were nice, facilities were modern but overall it didn't merit the high cost of €200/night - certainly not for Namur.

Close to the castle

Nice hotel attached to the casino very near the castle. I enjoyed running through the castle in the morning. Other than the castle, the location is rather inconvenient and away from the rail station and town, but still walkable.

Convenient and comfortable

Convenient and comfortable. However, since I previously extended my reservation for another 2 nights in the same room, staff checked me out and then checked me in for new reservation at 6:30 am. This resulted in my television being turned on … and it woke me up at 6:30 am. Staff didn’t seem very apologetic about doing this. I would expect them to know that TVs get turned on when they check in guests. I wasn’t amused by this error since I wasn’t able to get back to sleep. Handing me a free drink card was insulting.

Das Hotel ist direkt am Fluss und unterhalb der Zitadelle. Man läuft ca 10min bis in die Stadt. Schöne moderne Zimmer, Bad und Toilette sind getrennt. Direkt von der Lobby ins Casino.

Bad reception

Really bad reception lady. Talked in phone and had me waitibg looong time. No information about hotel breakfast timr or other info. Wrong info regarding parking/electric chargingstation (sad it was inhouse but was not) did not know anything about how to charge "I think there is a app". We are on a roadtrip from spain to Sweden and this was first time the reception was the thi g to remember (in a bad way). No really disapponited.

Super god beliggenhed, rent hotel, komfortable værelser. I receptionen fredag aften sad der 2 kvinder og de virkede begge utrolig sure, i og de var ikke imødekommende.
