Clean well furnished and equipped chalet. Dog friendly at an extra charge. Kitchen well equipped but note that there isn't a conventional oven. Microwave and electric hob. Lovely setting. Bar / bistro. Nearest shop about 4km. We enjoyed our stay.

Mooie, rustige omgeving. Echt een aanrader voor mensen die de rust willen opzoeken. Ook is het een mooie plek vol met natuur en is er van alles te doen in de omgeving! De accomodatie ziet er keurig uit en ook over de faciliteiten op het park valt niks te klagen.

Bungalow 187, geen passanten en verkeer, schoon en veel rust. Alleen bedlinnen voor hoofdboeker en echtgenote. Goede oplossing van het personeel ontvangen, gevoel dat ik serieus ben genomen. Compliment daarvoor. Properheid zwembad ondermaats, water lijkt niet gezuiverd te worden. Al-met-al zal ik het park aanraden. Spar en lokale bakker in Hastière en Aldi (Fr) goed bereikbaar. Nederlands sprekend personeel op vakantiepark en restaurant.

Ons huisje rook erg muf en vies, zodanig dat wij thuis alles hebben moeten luchten. Er was volgens ons al lang niet meer schoongemaakt gezien de hoeveelheid spinnenwebben. Tevens hebben we wel eens schonere matrassen gezien dan deze. De WIFI is zeer slecht en vaker niet dan wel beschikbaar, de TV zenders stoorden dusdanig dat deze ook niet te volgen waren.

Call to check before buying

We nearly booked somewhere else that was half the price, but noticed there were no towels included, and it wasn't a comfortable choice for our honeymoon. We saw that Vallee had: a sauna, a FIREPLACE, and free wifi... so we paid twice the price. No sauna (it was locked), no fireplace, TV barely worked, it was quite cold, and no curtains in our bedroom = very bright night and less sleep. and... only 250 mb of internet for free... no mention of this beforehand. We were out hiking in the mornings, and there was no one to complain to (no wifi), and they closed at 5 pm. Since we were on a short holiday (3 nights), we chose to complain at checkout. They could have offered some compensation, but just received a small apology and excuses for the sauna/fireplace/wifi. Then we stood in the cold for 30 minutes to find our directions for the next place. Usually, you receive something back in a way of food/drink/refund. Should have booked the other place, it was the same in terms of amenities but half price!

Un weekend qui commence avec un jolie sourire des hôtesses d'accueil et qui se poursuit dans un chalet simple mais chaleureux le tout agrémenté d'une piscine á l'eau claire et chaude presque exclusivement privative... c'est çà un weekend cosy de décembre dans les Ardennes belges.

The overall experience was good, ideal for a relaxing time. Really cozy bungalow, cleaning was satisfactory but not great. Disappointed that we needed to do the beds ourselves and that no towels or extra toilet paper provided.
