I stayed in Oceana B/Tower 2 the 15th floor in room 1529. Mold! Mold! Mold! As soon as I got off of the elevator the moldy smell hit me. My room reeked of mold. There was mold on the signage in the tub and around the bathroom’s door frame and calcified gunk on the exterior of the tub. A housekeeper came and removed some of the mold. I had a glade plug in for the smell. I was offered a room change the next day via email at 1pm. The WiFi wasn’t working. The beds felt that box springs. Just flat and hard. My right side of my body was in pain. I tossed and turned all night. The building needs to be renovated and the beds need to be replaced. You will not find comfort and very clean conditions. You will find beautiful staff that are kind. The fire show was wonderful. The circus is ok for no animals. It’s acrobats and tricks. They only have one manager who isn’t hospitable. She’s the night manager. Liway and Imelda are kind. I do think that they could have told me about the islands shuttle service when I was trying to get to a restaurant with my children. They just said that they don’t shuttle anywhere but the airport. I like the waterpark and the beach but the actual hotel isn’t worth it. The cost of food is astronomical. Go for the waterpark, beach and shows. Expect nothing else.
