「My wife has limited mobility and can’t walk easily. Your staff person at checkin was so kind as to move her own car so we could park in a place closer to the entrance and to our room. The hilly parking lot could be challenging otherwise. This morning a staff member was parked in the only handicapped parking space, which made it difficult for us to go to breakfast.」

No full length mirrors in room, nor hangars for clothing. Because part of the building is from the 1800's, the renovations have "piped in air-con" with was through a vent in the window, but it did work.」
