The staff was extremely helpful in every way possible. They were very kind and made sure you had a nice experience! The lady at the front desk was the best! Breakfast was next door and easy to access. The location is optimal if you like the vibrant city life. I would use this hotel again.

The room was cleaned daily, towels were changed each day but the bedding wasn’t. Some things weren’t replenished every time e.g. glasses & water in the fridge (which we read was included). The safe in the room didn’t work - we did ask for this to be looked at but it wasn’t within the duration of our stay. It was a last minute change of booking so we were happy with the condition of the room/facilities considering what we needed for our trip. Staff were very friendly and the pool area was nice and tidy. Breakfast was a good selection and we had room service one night which was prompt and a good size portion, however, I did have to go downstairs to pay first so felt that this defeated the purpose of ordering from the room. The beach is just a short walk from the hotel and a nice path all along the sea front. The hotel was very quiet and relaxing, but well located!

The room was spacious and fairly clean. The bed was comfortable and Manuel at reception was warm and always ready to assist. Checkout took a little longer than anticipated as there is a regulation regarding cash payment. A small shop just outside the hotel, provided any necessities required. I would definitely stay again, particularly due to its proximity to the convention center.

We had a wonderful pre cruise stay. We had an Acropolis view room which was ready upon arrival. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Close to public transport. Highly recommend!
