「Great hotel.」

「Nice Pretty n Clean very comfortable nice area」

「Mix up at check in other than that it was good」

「The room maintenance could definitely be improved. During my stay, I experienced problems with the toilet, TV, and telephone, and I had to change rooms three times. The quality of service at the front desk also seems to depend heavily on the individual staff member. I would recommend staying at this hotel only if you are comfortable communicating and negotiating in English, as you may need to be persistent to get issues resolved.」

「I stayed at Hyatt Place for a weekend stay. The location was perfect for accessing restaurants and shopping. My concern was there seemed to be stains on the carpet near the closet and the sink that looked like blood. Because I wasn't there long, I avoided the area and continued about my stay. I probably should have brought it to the attention of staff while I was there to ensure that no one else was exposed to it. I just wasn't in the room long enough.」
