"Although the staff were great the room itself was not. The room had a very strong mildew odor and we couldn’t get rid of the humidity in the room. It was so bad that our clothes were moist. It’s was small and the TV was one of the smallest I’ve seen in a long time. The bathroom was so small my husbands knees touched the door when he sat on the toilet."

"The room was clean but was disappointed with the bathroom and shower. Shower needs to be replaced or kept cleaner. Did not feel like using the shower because of the condition. "

"Yes the property accepted my fur babies . I had seen lots of fur babies there . The property is nicely located near entertainment and resteraunts . The beds were very comfortable. "

"Our stay at Knotts Hotel was awesome! Staff was great and room was clean. Noise wasn’t too bad considering how many families/kids stay there. Easy walk to the park so need to worry about driving/parking. Stress free! The only complaint I had was the landscapers started up their gas mowers at 730am and woke us up on the last day. Not a huge deal but after closing the park, grabbing food, and showers for all it was bedtime after midnight"

"Staff is amazing which includes the valet staff although I’m not sure if they’re the ones who parked a car next to mine super crooked and us having a ding on it the next day…. Anyways breakfast is free but it’s the same stuff everyday which gets old after day two. The room was decent. We’ve stayed there before so we knew already what to expect, but this time the shower backed up a little on us the last day we were there and the doors were extremely hard to close. Like I mentioned before the parking is insane but that’s what you get when it’s free I guess. Unfortunately we will not be staying there again after this trip. "

"Great hotel easy walking distance to Disney. Staff is amazing friendly and helpful. Was not a fan of the curtains in the room did not reach the bottom of the window. Curtains don’t work if they don’t cover. I did not pay thw 20 bucks for the premium room this time. That’s the only difference I could tell. "
