I am sorry you were not satisfied with the cleaning & safety measures we have taken. To ensure your comfort and safety, to reduce contact points and water consumption, guests staying for more than one night will have their rooms cleaned every three days. However, we are happy to attend your room more often on request, and I apologise if you were not well informed about this. We usually include this information in the welcome letter given at arrival and display it on the TV's screen in the room. Do not hesitate to let us know if you need to use the minibar to store personal items the next time, we'll happy to help you with that. We hope to welcome you again and really wow you.
