We really enjoyed our stay at this location. Rooms were clean and spacious, we had no issues finding it and it is very convenient to a station stop for bus/tram/train. The area itself is pretty quiet though there are other hotels and restaurants nearby.

Front desk staff were super welcoming and left us a little gift for our anniversary and birthday celebrations. Helped us with transportation/navigation and even umbrellas when it rained. We appreciated being right by a major transit hub and being a bit further from the centre of town where it was nice and quiet. Appreciated the well supplied kitchen, easy access to extra supplies, and access to laundry machines for longer stays. Everything was awesome!

Loved the Apartments and its right across the street from the big train station where you can get anywhere you need to go. You can be in the city center in under 10 mins. It was clean and had everything we needed to cook meals and just relax after a day out. Staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

A very nice and clean hotel. Very modern. Staff is very friendly. Had many conversations with Elise, she is super nice! Like option with change towels your self( always many available). Close to train and bus stations- very convenient. Would stay again if back to Amsterdam.

Excellent apartment right next to Sloterdijk, a transportation hub. To and from airport by train and 369 bus very easy. Staff are nice and helpful. Apartment has enough amenities we need for a week. A double bed and sofa bed fit 3 of us well. We can get fresh towels, toilet paper and other supplies by ourselves in the supplies room. The nearby Spar supermarket is a bit small and not many restaurants around. Overall we have a good time here.

Great location even if your spending time in Amsterdam Central. 2 minutes to a train station so you can go anywhere! Nice rooms, comfy beds. Only drawback was the laundry; had to download an app and pay by card. The front desk is very helpful and used their app so I didn’t have another app!

Awesome apartment to stay near Amsterdam!

Clean, comfortable, quiet place to stay during my visit in Amsterdam! Conveniently located across the street from train station with one stop to Amsterdam Central. I would highly recommend and would love to stay here again without a doubt!

I stayed at this hotel for 8 days. There was confusion at the beginning regarding check-in; I talked with an Expedia agent for more than 2 hours to clarify my reservation with the hotel, and finally got it all sorted out. The hotel is near Sloterdijk station, which is very convenient for taking train, tram, or bus to go anywhere. There is a grocery store right next to the station for food and others. The hotel itself is very clean, with a small but well equipped kitchen that you can cook light meals in. The hotel's front desk staff are very friendly and nice. I would love to stay at this hotel again the next time I am in Amsterdam.

Decent

Great location, near all forms of public transport, including a major train station. For me it’s better to stay here than the overcrowded downtown area, as it only takes 5 minutes on train to get downtown. I rented a bicycle and could ride downtown in 20 minutes. The hotel is decent, clean, and my apartment had opening windows (important to me). Kitchen is quite functional, I ate meals I cooked in my suite. The hotel has a laundry facility in the basement, which is good, but you need to download an app and pay using a credit card (it is quite confusing and did not work). So I could not do laundry; hotel should not offer laundry but have it not possible to use. Make the laundry included (makes sense) or at least able to use with coins. I felt this hotel nickel/dimed it’s customers, even charging for extra coffee pods. When I brought up the cheapness of hotel to charge for coffee, they gave me some for free. Good staff here. I will stay again.

Excelente experiencia. Boas instalações, pessoas muito atenciosas e simpáticas, limpeza, wc amplo, a kitchenette era relativamente pequena mas com condições mínimas. Muito perto no metro e a cerca de 7/10 minutos da Central Station (de comboio). Zona segura com supermercado a 100 metros. Correu tudo bem.

We booked on the promo photo which showed twin beds but we had a large bed made up as a double and had to use the couch in the tv area as the 2nd bed. We confirmed in an email that there were 2 single ladies and wanted separate beds but the bed in the bedroom was made up as one and I had to make up the couch bed myself.
