「Expedia should have provided more details and information about Ozone service suite in their website and the itinerary such as Ozone office address and contact person and how to check-in. The information provided on the itinerary only left a phone number which made me confused about where and how to check-in.」

The kids get to feed the fish, ducks & chickens bring fishing rods for catching fish in the pond in front of the chalet.」

「There is a strong musty smell the moment the lift open on the 7th floor. The safe didn’t work. At 11.15pm and I was still wide awake, The loud music downstairs is still banging away. The noise level is insane. It’s impossible to get any sleep. I am staying in the seventh floor and it is so loud you can feel the vibration. 」
