Fantastic hotel. Beautiful clean rooms and comfortable. A beautiful walk along the beach into old town or one of many frequent buses available.
Great breakfast! Excellent hotel and would return again if returning to San Sebastián.

This was a great location for our stay, the check in was so easy as we checked in online. Our room was clean and tidy and sustainability focused. We had a room on the front of the hotel and it was so quiet so sleeping was prefect.

This is a great central location. The staff were great from the desk staff to the cleaning staff, all were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good too. Air con worked well. The windows could be opened and when closed insulated you from outside city noise well.
Not all at disappointed with our hotel choice in Bilbao.
