「Super clean friendly staff.」

「The gym needed some improvement. And i am not a fan of pets in the breakfast area. The dog was NOT a service dog. And she petted her dog then went up to get her food at the breakfast buffet.」

「The hotel is very clean, it must be fairly new. When we checked in, without telling us, they charged our credit card an extra $25. The next morning I asked the front staff what that was about, and was told that it is to cover incidentals and that once I check out, it will be reversed. I told her that I have traveled all over the world and stayed in many hotels, and I have never had a charge like this before. Otherwise, breakfast was nothing special. The set up for making pancakes was not there...

「With exception to room construction everything else was perfect - clean, friendly staff, great breakfast, & excellent coffee. You would think with the technology that exists in the world, hotels would build better sound barriers between floors. We could hear every single step the room above us was taking. They weren't stomping, these were normal steps and they were loud enough to keep me up at night. This is a shame as everything else was perfect.」
