"First time I was given packaged gluten free options. Kudos for that! They do not have first floor rooms but was able to put me near the elevator. I was not happy my roon was not cleaned daily and I had to get new towels when I returned but I would definitely recommend "

"This is a gem of a hotel! The hotel is beautiful, rooms are spacious and beds were very comfortable. The staff was delightful! We enjoyed a friendly welcome at the front desk who let us know about happy hour in the bar/restaurant area. We had an appetizer and beverages before heading out. We enjoyed a yummy breakfast with lovely presentation in the restaurant the following morning. "

"The staff was excellent. Very accommodating. Great price for a clean and comfortable stay. I stayed there 4 nights on a property / business trip. I was always happy returning to the room after a hard work day. Lowes is right behind the hotel. Not really close enough to walk, but the shortest drive. Also a taco bell is near, a dunkin doughnuts is very walkable. All in all, maybe the best hotel choice in Carbondale."

"The stay was great. Friendly staff. Very helpful. Great breakfast options. Bed was more comfortable than a lot of hotels I've stayed in. They had a pool table and a good selection of board games and things to do as a family. That was great. There were only 2 things I wish were a little better. The pool water was pretty cold. It was tough to get used to but a staff member did come in and turn the water temp up so it warmed up slightly. Also, I wish there was a microwave in the room. Overall, I would definitely stay again. "
