「The size was just right for my son and me, and the location was perfect as a home base for our visit to Winter Park and Orlando. The house is small but very nicely furnished and tastefully decorated, kept clean and equipped with everything you need. Highly recommend.」

「The house was perfect for our needs! The house was clean and had all the amenities for a week long stay. The air conditioner wasn’t working well and Shawn and Maryna were quick to respond and getting someone out to fix it. My son left his charging cord and they contacted us and even mailed it back. 」

「The room was just as pictured. The bed was firm and comfortable. They had coffee,creamer and sweetner on hand for the coffee maker. Mini fridge had some water in it. The hosts we're nice and very accomodating. They no longer have the bicycles as listed but we found plenty of beautiful parks to walk around. I highly recommend one park about 10 min away called Waterfront Park. 」

「This was the perfect place for me, a solo traveler. It was clean, quiet and secure (in a gated community). I loved having the extra room with a couch and dinette for TV viewing and having a quick meal. I will definitely stay again when I'm in the area visiting family. 」

「Loved the size of the kitchen and living room! Great floor plan (location of bedrooms gave privacy to guests) Was lacking in hand towels and washcloths, thankfully I brought my own. Beds were comfortable, loved the mattress in the master bedroom. Will definitely stay again!」

「we mostly just needed a place to rest our heads, the only two real questionable things, cause I’m not gonna say we’re issues cause overall stay was greatThere was a loud beeping sound towards the back bedrooms, I wanted to throw a shoe at whatever was making the noise lol I wanna say I think it was an alarm, but it was annoying… and second was the driveway, I needed it specifically for show cars and yes, it fits three cars comfortably, just was expecting it to be a little bit bigger but overall...
