「It was last minute plan change from my usual stay in old hall not too far from this hotel, just being curious to find another one. Not so sure was that a right decision, Building is beautiful and amazing gland entrance and big room, however, the service is not that good. Bistro is full of student part timers, not many choice for break fast, a bit shaby as high grade hotel.

「Suitable for a short stay but not long as space is very limited in the family room. The spare bed was a sofa bed which was very springy and you could feel the springs. Tv was problematic and didnt work. Other than the negatives mentioned- the main bed was comfy and the bathroom was in good condition.」

「Sehr gutes Frühstück und Abendessen.」

「Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff. The kitchen is very well equipped, whatever you need, it is there. I will be sure to stay there again, when I go back to Stoke-On-Trent! Thank you very much!」

「One night stopover! Excellent value for money and friendly helpful staff.」

「Be careful. You can't check in after 5pm! But this is not clearly stated when you book.」
