Very clean hot and staff are very friendly and helpful, try and make an early breakfast as we arrived for breakfast at 0930hrs and it was cold and dry it looked like the eggs had been on the hot plate for some time, we gave the breakfast a miss on the second day, as we didn’t want to be disappointed again.

Perfect location! Quaint spot just outside of the city centre close to UoB. Sam and reception staff incredibly friendly. We could have chatted for hours if we didn't have an itinerary of things we needed to complete before the end of the day! Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Quick check-in, helpful and friendly staff, clean and modern rooms (bed v comfortable, HDTV). Breakfast and coffee exceeded expectations too. Better than the places on Broad Street!
