「On our way from Tirol to Grindelwald by car, we drop by Luzern as it was right place have rest. Since it was difficult to find a hotel with parking space near the city center, we stayed this hotel and it was good. After chekking in, we went to the old city of Luzern by S-Bahn, only 10 minutes ride. It comes every 15 minutes. The station is about 5 min walk from the hotel.」

「Very close from the S4,S5 station. 5minutes to Luzern. Conveniently located to go to Mt. Pilatus or Titlis. Very friendly staffs. Nice restaurant opens until 11pm. From the garden terrace, beautiful Mt. Pilates view. 」

「Central Zurichのホテルと勘違いをして予約。メインステーションから20分ほどS Bahnに乗らなくてはならないのが、☆一つ減点の理由。 インターネットが無料で使えるのはとてもよかった。」

「The property is ok but could benefit from an upgrade. The staff were great although there were issues with the cooling system in our room. The one and only off putting thing is the amount of flies in the lobby especially around the food at breakfast. I struggled to eat much because of this 」

「事前にルツェルンからのシャトルバスがあるのかをメール問い合わせしましたが、返信が来たのは問い合わせから3日後でした。 メール内容は、平日は30分毎、土日は、そんなに頻繁にはないとの回答で、私たちは、日曜だったので、たまたま電車で行くことにしましたが、ホテル到着後、シャトルバスの運行そのものをしていないと言われびっくりしました。 代わりに滞在中のクリエンスからルツェルン間の無料パスは、もらいましたが、いったいどなたが、メール返信していたのか、驚きました。 あと１つ不満だったのは、夜の9:00に到着したら、チェックインに、45分待たされました。 中には、ホテルのタオルが交換されていなかったとかクレームしている他国の方もいてフロントの人手不足を感じました。 最終的には、人も優しく、設備もきれいで満足でしたが、 シャトルパスや、チェックインの出だしの印象は、良くなかったです。」

「ズーク州にビジネスで用事があり、繁忙期のため他でブッキングが出来なかったため、こちらを利用しました。駅からのアクセスがよく、想定以上に良いホテルでした。　自然に囲まれて、リラックス出来ます。」
