The entrance (garden areas - maintenance and security/lighting at night) and parking area are not kept up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. "I didn't really have much time to enjoy the hotel or the town. But what what I needed (eating and sleeping) it was great. Next to the hotel there is a very good restaurant that closed quite late, and that was great for me to eat well after a long trip at that late time."

"If you dislike being trapped in a hotel room, then this is the place for you. Self catering but with the enhanced security of being in a supervised complex. Plenty of parking for a vehicle. The staff were outstandingly good. Reception, housekeeping, maintenance, all deserve a mention for their efficiency, courteousness and politeness. No complaints at all. Thank you for an enjoyable 8 day stay. "

"Fabulous hotel, clean, comfortable beds and lovely rooms - we paid for one overlooking the golf course. The service and friendliness of the staff was second to none. The pool is a plunge pool (0.8m) on the top floor over looking the golf course which was very cold but just what we needed given we were here in August. We played golf every day and you definitely need a car to get around as the hotel is isolated but within 6 mins you can reach a supermarket and restaurants by car. The golf course was brilliant, really long and very tough greens but in fantastic condition and well watered. "

"Stunning reception area and welcoming staff. Great to be able To use the wellbeing pool late early evening, as the sun goes down. Room was a decent size with an amazing walk-in shower. We had a burger to eat at the bar which was tasty, as was breakfast. Only stayed one night as we were moving on but loved this hotel. "
