Room was very clean, plenty of space, super bathroom & shower. The coatstand was a game changer as there never seem to be enough hooks in hotel rooms. Nice to have an ice bucket with ice provided when requested. Breakfast was adequate - fairly basic. We asked for extra Nespresso pods for the room on a couple of occasions & were told it wasn't possible! The allocation is one each per day. The staff were really friendly & helpful & the location was just brilliant.

Restaurants and bars are modern and convenient, with a strong breakfast buffet. A great choice for comfort, views, and staying right in the heart of Madrid.
