"There was only one working elevator, and it almost always took a while to get to the floor and then it was too full to accommodate more people. There was not a staircase to use otherwise that wouldn’t set off the alarm system. Parking across the street was a hassle because the lot is small and the spaces are not very big. The hotel’s parking is only for valet. There is also not a coffee pot in the room. I realize this is a small thing, but when there’s no continental breakfast either, it feels like a scheme to make you go down to their restaurant just for a cup of coffee. The staff were pleasant and helpful, the room was clean, and the location is great if you’re going to a show at the Paramount Theatre or Pike Place Market. "

"Stayed here recently and overall had a great experience. The location is perfect—there are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance, which made everything super convenient. Parking is available in the back, though the spaces are a bit tight, so just something to keep in mind if you have a larger vehicle. There is also additional outside parking available for $40 in case the hotel parking is full. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the room itself was very clean and cozy. I’d definitely consider staying here again!"

"The space was very clean, fairly well stocked, easy to navigate to Alki beach, great for a quick weekend stay. Maybe better suited for one or two people rather than with kiddos but our five-year-old had plenty of fun outings during the day and had a pack’n’play to sleep in. All in all, another great trip to West Seattle!"

"Great location. Easy check-in. Room was clean, but looked a bit worn. Charging ports only located in one nightstand. A/C unit didn't cool and bathroom fan didn't work."

"Parking was safe and tucked away, the breakfast was light but good and the staff were awesome and patient with every request I had. It stays really quiet and everything was clean. I'll be staying here again for sure."
