With capacity for up to 20 people, this property has a fully fenced plot that includes a spacious private salt chlorination swimming pool (heated, with extra cost) with a child safety cover, two outdoor jacuzzis (with additional cost), a large children's playground, a small gym and various leisure areas, billiards, table football, basketball hoop and relaxation zones that guarantee fun for all ages. 🌴🏊♂️👨👩👧👦
The villa is strategically located a few minutes by car from the centre of Alhaurín el Grande, golf courses, and with easy access to the road network and Málaga airport, facilitating mobility during your stay. In addition, additional services such as transfers, bicycle rental or home massages can be contracted, consulting previously to organise your trip to perfection. 🚗🚴♀️💆♂️
The interior of the main house, with two floors, offers a spacious and welcoming atmosphere. On the upper floor you will find four bedrooms: two of them designed for teenagers with single and double beds, television and video game console; another bedroom with a double and single bed; and a main bedroom with air conditioning and a large double bed for optimal rest. A complete bathroom is also available on this floor. 🛏️🎮📺
On the lower floor, in addition to a large dining room and fully equipped kitchen (with fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and more), there are two bedrooms with double bed, air conditioning and luggage space, as well as another full bathroom. From the living room, you can access the swimming pool and the covered porch with a recreational machines area, ideal for family leisure. 🍽️🎲
For groups larger than 14 people, two independent bungalows are enabled, each with capacity for 3 people, private bathroom and air conditioning, perfect for teenagers or groups looking for a bit more privacy. The first opens for places 15 to 17 and the second for places 18 to 20. These bungalows do not have a kitchen. 🏕️❄️
The villa has an internet connection, although due to its size and extensive outdoor areas, some areas may have limited coverage. The accommodation has air conditioning in all rooms, central heating, fireplace, fans, and multiple televisions for everyone's entertainment. 📶❄️🔥📺
The environment is ideal for children and rural tourism lovers, with multiple leisure and nature options nearby: golf courses, theme parks, beaches 21 km away, water parks, train and bus stations, and other tourist attractions in the province of Málaga.
