"Very disappointed i havnt received a reciept for payment and i was charged an extra 100 dollars for what i do not know. Never have i checked out and not received a email receipt or paper copy. What was the 100 dollars even for? Never will i book there again as a result."

"This place was really nice. My trip was during the cold season, but the outdoor pool was warm and steamy. It was really fun swimming in the warm water during the cold rain storm. The lounge is great and the evening they had live music was a lot of fun. Because it was cold outside, I spent a lot of time at the indoor pool and hot tub. Both were great, but would have loved lounge chairs. That’d be my only ask for improvement. "
