Once you have reached the indicated address and crossed the entrance door, after a handful of steps, the lift will take you to the fourth and penultimate floor of the building.

Once you cross the threshold, you will find yourself inside a little gem, furnished with taste and practicality.

Three large windows make the apartment very bright, giving you a delightful sea view and giving you wonderful awakenings.

A quick access panel to free WiFi will allow you to immediately feel at home. Smart Workers will find themselves at ease being able to count on a high-performance line.

Some shelves and hangers can accommodate your clothes even for longer stays.

To the right of the entrance door, you will find the bathroom, furnished with complete ceramic sanitary ware, large mirror, hairdryer and shower. The hot water will be regulated by a modern electric boiler. A 100% Made in Italy Welcome Kit consisting of Shampoo, Intimate Hygiene, Bar of Soap and Cap is offered by the house.

The living area opens up to your eyes with a 4-seat table placed immediately in front of one of the large windows and the small pocket balcony, from which you can observe the sea.

A stone's throw from the living area we find the equipped kitchen. Longer stays will not be a problem, having at your disposal a microwave, hob, fridge and freezer, kettle and a coffee machine. In the same room you will also find a washing machine for free use by guests.

Some infusions of various essences and coffee are offered on the house.

Plates, cutlery, pots and pans of various kinds as well as disposable sachets of salt, sugar, vinegar and oil are placed in the various compartments.

To complete the living area, there is a very comfortable three-seat sofa with a coffee table where you can relax in front of the FullHD High Definition television. A directional bracket will allow you to watch TV whether you are in the living area or in bed, perhaps using the Disney Plus account provided by the house.
During the night the sofa bed transforms into a second perfect place to relax with a French double mattress.

The sleeping area, divided from the living area by a characteristic stone wall, is composed of a very comfortable Queen Size bed, bordered by a divider with exotic features.

Sheets, linens, pillows, duvets and towels are available for each bed.

Hot summers are not scary for this apartment, which has two high-performance air conditioners in Split. One for each environment.
Furthermore, for those who suffer from air conditioning, there is also a high-performance ceiling fan.

Last plus, for those who wish to sunbathe without the summer crowding of the beaches, on the top floor of the building, on the condominium flat roof, it will be possible to lie down or use the two deckchairs provided to guests.
