「The hotel is in an excellent state, but the water system must be well and properly treated. I can't brush my teeth with it」

「I enjoyed my stay at GTA. The foods are delicious, staff are courteous and the environment is clean and safe.」

「Clean room, Professional Staff. good & variety of Breakfast.」

「Bad exreience. service is very bad. a guest room door was not working. It took 2 hours to foix my room door. A reception desk and facility manegemen have bad communications. Totally I could not enter my room for two hours!! I have used this hotel many years, but service is getting worse gradually. 」

「Staff are friendly and helpful.」

「Clean room, location, professional and helpful staffs.」

「A must recommend. Excellent, well mannered character staffs and professional in all they do. Overall excellent work by the hotel, I can’t wait to go back.」

「Nice manager, Mr. Patrick. 👍」
