"Toilet backed up so we were handed a plunger. Lobby under construction. Walls are paper thin. Guests yelling in the halls at all hours. We were woken up countless times all night long over multiple nights."

"This cozy gem had everything we needed for our stay. We even enjoyed some home cooked meals during our stay and the kitchen had everything I needed. Very quiet, clean and we definitely felt at home! Elizabeth did a magnificent job creating this peaceful haven!"

"House was very clean and beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to access. We were there for a swim meet and it was fast and easy to get to & from the pool. If you're traveling with multiple people it's good to know that sound travels inside the house and there isn't much privacy. It was fine for our immediate family but would not have been ideal if staying with others. The kitchen had a good selection of cooking supplies and we were able to cook as needed."

"This is the third time time we have stayed at this house and we will keep returning because it wonderfully fits our needs and the house is excellent! The hosts are very responsive and the neighborhood is beautiful. We travel with our toddler and his grandparents and everyone loves this house. Highly recommend this spot!"

"Very clean, well accomodated, comfy beds, very comfy comforters, comfy big couch, well enough towels/tissue/paper towel, hosts were quick to tend to messages and questions, we really appreciated the extra hour late check out. We came for the 3A state basketball tournament, this place was less than 5 minutes drive away from the AK Airlines Center which was perfect. Full fridge was also a plus for almost a whole week. Very close to everything. The tenants are very nice here as well, nice and quiet, safe neighborhood."

"I saw someone gave this place two stars. That's crazy. This place isn't perfect, but we were comfortable here, and the host was responsive. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that I am not a fan of memory foam mattresses. It would also have been nice to have access to the garage to park the rental car. Overall, for the price point we paid, everything was good. I've stayed in a number of VRBO properties, and this one is among the better ones."
