「everything is made to make you feel welcome, the staff is wonderful, from the cleaners to the pool technician, the cooks , the people at the reception and the manager, thank you all for this lovely stay! the place is a little paradise on earth, the rooms, the restaurant, the swimming pool, the location, one of the best place we ever stay. 2 steps away from the beach, jungle, shopping, restaurants etc.., but away from the busy main street. will defitinely come back!」

「My friend and I stayed here for four nights. The guest house is nice, clean and meets needs all the basic needs. 「兎に角最悪。予約及びカード決済も終わってホテルに着くと、予約した部屋の隣に泊まっている客の息子が来るとかでその息子に部屋を貸したので泊まるとこは無いといわれた。さらに、別のホテルを紹介されたがそれは、ドライバーが泊まる部屋で、エアコン無し温水は出ない、部屋はかび臭いととても泊まれる状態ではなく、別のホテルに泊まった。キャンセルを申し出たが、従業員の態度やエクスペディアの知識が乏しく結局煩雑な手続きを踏むことになった。私たちは現地の友人と一緒に行動していたのでまだ救われたが、決して街の繁華街にあるホテルではないのでトラベラーだけでこのようなシュチュエーションに会うと大変なことになると思う。」

「Hikkaduwa Beach Hotel is located right on the beach, the ocean is just a step away. We couldn't have asked for a better location. The restaurant is open for limited time frames but room service is available throughout the day. Loved the view from our room, to get the sea view you have to book premium sea view. Comfortable beds and pillows. The staff was courteous and helpful. The Wi-Fi was spotty especially during peak usage but the view, the sea, sun and sand make up for it. Food service maybe...
