Guest Access:

Self check-in with a private entrance. You will receive detailed entry instructions before arrival. Free street parking is available, and the path to the entrance is lit at night. The rooftop pool is reached via the building's common areas.



The Neighborhood:

Set in the Akumal area of the Riviera Maya, surrounded by jungle and just minutes from beautiful Caribbean beaches. The Yal-Ku Cenote & Lagoon Park is about 8 miles away and the PGA Riviera Maya golf course around 9 miles away. Akumal is famous for snorkeling with sea turtles, and the Tulum ruins are a short drive south.



Getting Around:

A car or taxi is recommended to explore the area. The beach, cenotes and golf are a short drive away. Cancun International Airport is about a 1.5-hour drive north, and Tulum is roughly 30 minutes south. Free street parking is available for guests arriving by car.

For the safety of all guests, a valid government-issued photo ID is required from every guest to authorize access to the property.
