Welcome to Aireys Sunset Beach House, a spacious and modern retreat in Aireys Inlet, offering stunning beach and Otway views, brand-new interiors, and Wi-Fi, all just a 5-minute walk from the beach.
Set on a flat block with panoramic views, this home features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (including 2 baths), and a large covered entertaining deck. With ample space, it’s perfect for a large family or two families, thanks to a downstairs kitchenette, second living area, and additional bathroom.
Upstairs, the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas are framed by large windows that offer spectacular views. Relax by the electric fireplace, dine with seating for 10 while enjoying the scenery, or cook in the fully equipped kitchen with brand-new appliances.
Step outside to the expansive balcony for your morning coffee, a BBQ, or drinks while taking in the breathtaking surroundings.
The upstairs area also includes a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a new ensuite, plus two additional queen bedrooms that share a bathroom. Downstairs, you’ll find another full bathroom with a bath, a large bedroom with a queen-sized bed and single bunk beds, and a second living area with a TV—ideal for kids.
Aireys Sunset Beach House is designed for year-round comfort with split-system heating and cooling throughout. (Please note the garage is not for guest use.)
Located in a popular part of Aireys Inlet, the house is within walking distance of the renowned Ala Grecque restaurant, the iconic Aireys Pub, cafes, shops, Aireys Inlet Beach, and scenic nature walks.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules” . Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
