Nice ambience at the club lounge, exclusive for guests staying in club floors

We booked a standard double room for 2 nights upon moving out of Tokyo. A staff at the reception kindly upgraded our room to the upper floor one so that we could enjoy the amazing view before we leave the city and we sure did enjoy our stay. Wonderful customer service and highly recommended!

The hotel is very conveniently located. It's steps from the closest subway station and a short walk away from the main Shinjuku area. There are convenience stores right across from the hotel. The rooms are pretty small with minimal amenities, which is what you expect from most budget hotels in Asia. The bathroom is very small. There was a bit of a smell of smoke even though we were in a non-smoking room.
