"The staff was excellent! Especially during the Tsunami warnings. I watched as they stayed calmed and urged customers to come indoors from the pool area. As we were getting the warnings on our phones. The restaurant staff kept us informed. A special Thank you to Sayaka for answering our questions, setting up our golf tee time and spa appointments and even mailing a package for me! Thank you to Iwase for my wonderful massage he was very professional and Maria for my facial! 2 days of feeling special! Our waiter at Sawa Restaurant was patient at explaining our food. He suggested the Lobster with Uni sauce, my favorite after eating everything! "

"The decor is nostalgic and well kept. The bus pick up from the port and return to the port were well scheduled and comfortable. The breakfast and dinner (optional purchase) were very good. They looked after us and contacted us in the middle of the day because the weather was getting bad for the ferry and was projected to be cancelled the following two days. So we were able to get off the island that day. A lovely place to stay on a lovely island. And great location too. Just a short walk to the most beautiful beach. "

"The staff were very nice to us and the room eas big and very clean every day. We came from Colombia to surf and the hotel was close to the surfing school, so it was convinient. The Hotel was very quiet and we got to see a Youkai art instalation right next to it. My only note for future guests is consider renting a car if you dont have one. The area is a bit isolated from restaurants and public transportation. Thank you for having us!"
