Dusit Beach Resort Guam

"This stay was disappointing and expected a clean room, the sliding door glass was full of swipe marks possibly by using a dirty cloth and not wiping it dry, same goes with the glass panels on the balcony railing (same situation). We had to rooms, the other only had 1 chair in the balcony while the other had 2 with a side table. Worse was the drapes, they couldn’t open or close and was told the engineer dept was going to fix it but never showed up. Breakfast buffet offering were mediocre, didn’t feel I got value for the money spent during this stay. "

"The place was awesome, the only thing i didn’t like was the check time, 3 pm seems a long time to check in especially if your flight is early, i don’t remember seeing the check in time when i booked the room, maybe it was an oversight on my part, but otherwise it was an amazing experience."
Lotte Hotel Guam

"We love staying at the Lotte. The beach access/area is a little more private than other parts of Tumon beach. The room is spacious; the bathroom is large with great lighting options. The balcony door for our room was extremely hard to open and close this stay. Our room also had issued staying cold/getting cold if you opened either the hotel door or balcony door for too long. The Beng Teng Spa is our favorite on island. We book massages whether we are staying there or not. If your room is located in the tower/beach view balcony then the parking is a little annoying. There IS a parking lot at the bottom of you side of the hotel however the "Staff Door" can be locked at inconvenient times even though all the guests were using it to get in and out. The parking located at the main entrance is VERY small/limited and the parking across the street is far enough. Having to park on your side of the hotel and still having to walk around to the main entrance is an oversight we hope to see remedied on our next visit. We had special offers during this stay. Free bottle of wine and free beers and cocktails at the pool after 8 or 830pm and it was adults only during that time. Overall we would still choose to stay at the Lotte. The amenities make up for the quirks we dont care for as much."

"I gave the hotel 4 stars. Only because the initial room we were placed at, the shower head popped off and nearly fell on my head. But the staff immediately accommodated us to another room. Other than that, the staff was very helpful, the hotel had a modern feel and vibe to it. The room was very nice and comfortable. We will stay here again on our next visit."

"Here’s a polished version: The room was quiet and represented good value although the outdoor furniture was very dirty. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The staff were not particularly helpful or friendly, and several areas of the property, including the pool, are in need of maintenance and repair.The pool towel system is unnecessarily complicated, requiring guests to manage tags and exchange cards simply to obtain a towel. This process feels outdated and inconvenient.As a returning guest, I was also disappointed that there was no recognition of my loyalty or acknowledgement of my previous stays. A little appreciation for repeat guests would go a long way toward improving the overall experience. Property opened as a 5 star, now definitely a 4 star"
