Nice place, but the carpets are badly worn down with some holes and runs in places. My room was nice, and comfortable, but was very musty smelling. The refrigerator kept things cool, but nowhere near cold. Not good in that heat and humidity. A microwave would've been handy for leftovers from meals, but without one I didn't take leftovers and food was wasted. The breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent. Great tasting food and many options across many ethnic palates. Every staff member I dealt with was very helpful, friendly and actually seemed to be enjoying their jobs.

Overall we had a perfect stay. The hotel's own pool and beach area are undergoing maintenance at the moment. The hotel is off the main drag but provides transport to Guam Premier Outlets. I would look into adding a Tumor shuttle if I was management.

The distance to airport and most shopping areas...and restaurants.

Great place and very spacious room. Our only issue was that water leaked out of the shower making the floor wet. The thermostat directions didn’t match the thermostat in our room. Staff was super friendly and the lobby was beautiful. Wonderful pools with lots of chairs to sit in. I would definitely come to this hotel again when we come to Guam.
