「Fantastic from start to finish. Rooms are cosy, warm and very very clean! Staff were lovely, gave the kids a box of sweets to share. Entertainment in the bar at the night (singer, bingo, then music), pool table and arcade games for the kids). Breakfast was lovely and all you can eat buffet. Very pleased with the stay for the price and we will definitely be staying again! We have stayed in many places in Blackpool but cleanliness and entertainment wise for the kids this was one of the best 」

The guy waited up late for me until almost 11pm when my train was delayed & they usually close at 10pm so it was really good of him. I accidentally damaged something & offered to pay for it but he wouldn't take payment...so understanding & sound of him. 「We stayed here for the weekend for my brothers 60th birthday and set up a surprise and Leah the manager was so helpful and helped us to make it possible. The rooms were exactly what we needed somewhere to clean up have a cup of tea and have a good nights sleep and the bed was very comfy. So all in all a good choice for us for a very reasonable price. 」

「We did not stay at this hotel as when we went to check in the hotel advised that they were double booked and they had arranged an alternative hotel. When we got to the alternative hotel the rooms were not ready and it was 7.45pm before we finally got into our room. 「I mean for the price you’re getting everything you’d need. Staff were sound. £50 deposit was a bit mad but if you’re clean and respectful it’s not a worry. Great place to stay on a football away day too, perfect location to pubs and stadium. Bluebirds」

「Place is managed by one man Tom who was very nice ...Owner was off to Birmingham as we arrived and another lady disappeared when I spoke to her so not much of a welcome . Place needs work and cleaning tbh ... Basic standards are a must especially in a town with so much competition.. Hotel had two names which doesn't help.Think we were the only ones there but we were the only ones for breakfast ... Took a while to get any response from anyone as place was deserted but got there in the end ...Tom...
