「Utopia villa is truly a utopia. We had a wonderful and relaxing time in nature. The cottage had everything we needed. It was so nice, we didn’t leave the place for our entire stay. Loved every moment. Maryam and Shahrzad were both very responsive and helpful. They regularly checked in to make sure things were going smoothly. Thanks for being such great hosts. Would highly recommend this place.」

「We really enjoyed our stay at the Riverside Cottage. It's a beautiful retreat from the city - thoughtfully renovated, decorated and well stocked. We had a minor issue at check-in, but Stephanie and Carl were quick to resolve it for us. 」

「Just a short walk to beaches and under 3 minutes to shopping and food shopping. Lots of restaurants nearby.」

「We had a great timeCottage it is basic with everything we needed. The beds were taco beds lol so we moved to the queen couch which was just a little worse. No worries we made due. Could not for the life of us get the TV working we were able to see a couple of movies partially then we went off line. It was ppl Good for us we went to bed early and slept. Until the air conditioner stopped opened the front of it. I said oh my gosh look at this hon. There was no place for air to get through. I...

「Stayed at this cottage for a 3 night getaway. Since the cottage is only 2 years old, everything is new, clean, comfortable and very bright. Great location right on the water, which made it a great spot to watch the boats go by, and spectacular sunsets. Grocery store and Walmart are only 5 minutes away, as are other stores, and restaurants.」
