「This cottage was great, a short drive into the middle of nowhere, and a comfortable atmosphere」

「Much of the typical Lake George activities were closed since we visited during April, but we were very happy to stay here and will definitely return! It was the perfect space for us two (with extra to fit an additional friend or 2). Owner provided towels, pans, grill, coffee, etc for the stay which is greatly appreciated. It was close distance to anywhere we needed to go for groceries, activities, stores! Sad to go but I look forward to future travels here :)」

「Everything about the cottage and dock were as described. The views were great, quiet, relaxing. The wineries were very good, and the fishing off of the dock was great, we caught perch, catfish, large and small mouth bass. Location was perfect right between downtown Clayton and Alex bay. Susan and Ben responded quickly if we had a question. I would recommend this cottage.」

「Best way to describe this cozy little place. We've stayed before & will book, again, next time we travel to Clayton. In fact, we won't travel to Clayton unless we can stay here. It's completely charming, close to the Boat Museum, an easy walk to the central shopping/eating area, and a long stone's throw to The River. Communication with the landlady is easy & thorough. Parking is a breeze. All photos posted are accurate & true. It's a charmer!」

「Everything was great., except for the weather. We couldn't have rented a nicer place. It was clean, nicely decorated, convenient to the water and had everything you could need.. I hope the nest time we come to the area that this rental will be available.」

「We loved our stay for the 2024 total eclipse! The house is on a hill with beautiful mountains all around, and it is very quiet - it's like you have the mountains to yourself. The house itself is one of the most comfortable my family of 4 has rented and not cramped like many rentals. The living room is huge with plenty of seats, there is room around the table to easily seat 6, and the kitchen is big enough for multiple cooks. Even the bedrooms are big - not just big enough to fit a bed, but...

「My friend and I had a wonderful relaxing week in the woods. The cottage was clean and cozy. Someone was there to meet me when I arrived to be sure I had everything I needed. It was quit chilly this week, but we used the little space heater to keep warm. There is a big wood stove, but we didn’t use it. We love kayaking everyday and exploring fun things to do in the area. The lake is so beautiful and clear for swimming and kayaking, and no one was using the shared beach, but us! We loved rail...
