The hotel was amazing. The location was fantastic for our short city break and the staff on reception could not have been more helpful. Our room was clean and the beds were so comfortable. We got great nights sleeps as it was so quiet. Would highly recommend.

The Ambassador Hotel in Florence was situated. Conveniently 2 mins from Santa Maria Novella train station. The staff were friendly and the hotel was pleasant. I had a single room which was small but adequate.
The staff were friendly, and I really liked the girl who worked in the bar. Her name was Victoria.

Absolutely stunning property!!!! Gorgeous Tuscan landscape that’s even better in person. Every staff member was attentive and kind and went out of the way to give impeccable service. Delicious buffet breakfast. Can’t wait to come back.
