"Deer were in back of property. Maggie and the owner were both very nice, friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and heat took a while to warm up though we slept warm. Hot chocolate was really good. Also, both the Scottish breakfast and the pancake breakfast were good."

"My wife & I stayed here for a week in June/July with plans to walk in the neighbouring countryside. The property was in immaculate condition and had everything we needed (including a hot-tub). It is indeed, an amazing construction (insulated with straw-bales) and gave us perfect privacy. The host was very welcoming and was on hand if we needed anything else. Top marks to him.
