"(English follows) ホテルに一歩足を踏み入れた瞬間から、館内の清潔さが際立っていました。心地よい香りが漂っており、とても良い第一印象を受けました。チェックインも迅速でスムーズでした。事前登録サイトでは途中の画面から先に進めず登録できませんでしたが、フロントスタッフの皆さんが親切で手際よく対応してくださったため、まったく問題ありませんでした。客室は隅々まで清潔で、とても爽やかな香りがしました。追加のコーヒーをお願いしたところ、すぐに部屋まで届けていただけました。また、ホテル周辺にはショッピングモールや数多くのレストランがあり、非常に便利な立地です。スパも大変清潔で、心身ともにリフレッシュできる素晴らしい時間を過ごせました。総じて、このホテルに欠点は見当たりません。清潔さ、サービス、立地のすべてが素晴らしく、とても満足度の高い滞在となりました。 From the moment I walked through the doors, the cleanliness of the property was immediately apparent. The hotel has a wonderful fragrance that creates a welcoming first impression. Check-in was quick and efficient, although I was unable to complete the online pre-registration because the website would not proceed past one of the screens. Fortunately, this was not an issue, as the front desk staff were delightful and handled everything smoothly. The room was immaculate, exceptionally clean, and smelled fresh. We requested additional coffee supplies, and they were promptly delivered to our room. The hotel’s location is excellent, with a shopping mall and numerous restaurants conveniently nearby. The spa facilities were spotless and provided a relaxing and refreshing experience. Overall, I cannot fault this property. The high standards of cleanliness, excellent service, and convenient location made for a very enjoyable stay."
