"This is not a hotel, i'ts a student dorm at best. The rooms are the size of a closet, the beds are not for tall people. The property is on the train tracks and therefore noisy at all times. There was mold in the shower and absolutely no room to open a suitcase. If the description of the so called hotel was accurate we would have stayed somewhere else. "

"I will never use Expedia / Hotels.com again. had major problems on checkin (Troon was somehow booked for the day before we arrived and we were staying just 1 night). The Hotel were incredible and were happy to help but because it was booked via Hotels.com we had to speak to them first. I spent about 3 hours on the phone with multiple hotels.com agents who were unable to fully comprehend and communicate (language barrier) or unhelpful and kept dropping the call, not calling back or putting me...
