"Okay let me just say… this stay was everything. the place was spotless, super cozy, and honestly felt like home the second we walked in. And the bed?? unreal. like, dangerously comfy — I didn’t wanna leave . check-in was smooth, the hosts (husband & wife) were so sweet and made sure we had everything we needed the whole time. the neighborhood felt safe, quiet, and even with street parking I never once worried about my car. Overall just such a good experience — and if you’re thinking about booking, please do it. These hosts deserve all the love! "

"The house was in a perfect location to anything in the city and also had easy access to roads to the beaches. The street was very quiet. The kitchen was fully equipped. "

"Two couples (2 children) had plenty of space for a weekend trip! Parking was a breeze, as well as the check-in process! The front porch was where we spent most of our time when we were not out and about! A quiet neighborhood made for some nice relaxation time. Inside, the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, VERY comfortable mattresses; we slept like babies. Communicating with the Eric, the property manager, was easy and he was very accommodating. We would absolutely stay again! "

"This is a nice newer listing with a lot of potential. The layout of the townhouse is good for multiple guests with 2.5 bathrooms and a large dining table with many chairs. This was my first time staying in Jacksonville and I didn't know my way around and was a little concerned of how safe the neighborhood would be be. What's great about this house is there are no neighbors across from or behind the house. We felt perfectly safe during our stay. The house was easy to find and has off street parking. The check in and out process was easy and the host communicated everything clearly and was very helpful and available for questions which we had none. We would stay here again."
