ウングジャ島の五つ星ホテル

「Zum Abschluss von unserer Safaritour durch Tansania wollten wir noch ein paar Tage am Meer geniessen. Bei der Auswahl vom Hotel sind wir auf das Zawadi Hotel Zanzibar gestossen. Wir wollte nicht in einem grossen Hotelbunker übernachten. Was wir dann angetroffen haben hat alle unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir möchten sogar behaupten, dass das Hotel das beste Kleinhotel von Sansibar und Tansania sein wird. Noch besser kann man es nämlich nicht machen. Service, Unterkunft, Anlage, Strand, Essen...

「This is an idyllic, quiet, adults only hotel. The rooms are lovely and modern with air conditioning. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is excellent and the 4 course a La carte dinner is outstanding with lots of choice and variety. The location is right on the white Sandy beach with lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely recommend. 」

「Vi hade en underbar vistelse under 5 nätter. All service man kan tänka sig. Underbart god och varierad mat. Personalen gjorde allt de kunde för att vi skulle få äta våra måltider på fler underbara platser. Generöst och privat boende, perfekt för avkoppling och par. Fina områden och man upplever överallt att man har hela anläggningen för sig själv. All typ av aktiviteter, cyklar-paddel-boards-snorkling fanns på deras systerhotel bredvid. Vi kommer tillbaka!」

「When we checked in to a room there was water leackage in the bed room and wash room. They sent a sweeper but we requested them to change the room. I wanted this was suggested from their side, since I think most of the travellers do not want to spend the relaxing holidays in such a room. The garden and pool, beach was beautiful and I loved the food there but what I did not like was there were some staffs kept talking to us to offer a better rate for town tour, airport transfer. 「Great facilities, very nice staff, various new food every day. The only remark is the beach which witnesses a very high tide, so swimming is impossible in the morning till around 2PM. But you can use this time to visit the island. Other than that, everyone is helpful and attends to your needs. Definitely recommend.」

「A truly magical holiday with great attentive staff, Nitin and his team really looked after us. The resort is set in a very natural surrounding and there is lots of opportunity to catch the wildlife in action (including cheeky monkeys!). 「We enjoyed our stay at the Le Mersenne and loved the detail and design of the room. Well appointed. The service was great, location is close to Paje Beach and the Treehouse Restaurant but also far from Stone Town and other popular beaches so plan to either book a driver or rent a car. We booked a scooter thru the hotel and traveled to Paje. DJ played great music at the hotel. We loved the vibe! With that said, a few things to be noted … Limited food options and we grew bored of the pricey...
