「何より特筆すべきは、従業員の方々全員、非常に感じがよく、とってもフレンドリーでした！サービスも申し分なかったです。建物の造りは古いものの、各お部屋の名前がコーヒーにちなんだ名前であったり、天蓋ベッドやさりげなく飾られている小物にセンスが感じられました。朝食会場となっているルーフットップのカフェはストーンタウンの町が一望でき、たいへん素晴らしかったです！唯一の難点は、街の中に立地していることもあり、石畳の道路をスーツケースで移動するのは大変です。ドライバーさんにお願いして運んでもらうようお願いすれば問題は解決できます。 All staff members were so friendly and great!!! 「For the price this location is great. It’s in Stonetown and walkable to all the touristy stuff and restuatants. They had tuk tuks available everywhere but I feel like you can really just walk where you need to go since everything is so close. I loved how welcoming everyone was and willing to accommodate me. I used their airport shuttle service and I wasn’t on time because the airport lost my luggage. They still made sure I got to the hotel safely. They know all the tour guides and can point you...

「This was a very nice, pleasant, convenient, easy stay. The rooms were clean, air conditioned, and had plenty of space for a solo traveler like myself. We actually had had water, which was also nice compared to some places I’ve been. The staff were fantastic, and I especially appreciate their help with a few things I needed help with. Overall, great stay. Would happily recommend.」

「Poor management and the hotel has no freedom by desk but is operated out of a restaurant that is around the corner. The room is basic a bed and bath. The manager is not around but part of the time but only at the restaurant. No sign at restaurant that there is a hotel and we were the only guests. Would not return. 」

"This is my second stay at this hotel (the first stay was in 2020). They prepared the annex which is a bit far from main building. It is just 2-3minutes, but the restaurant and bar is at the main. (I don't know how is in the main building, but) the room of annex have no mosquito net even in Zanzibar (they said it is OK to other customers... really?). So, I needed to turn on air conditioner all time, and it made me shivering all night (air conditioner worked good enough). I wonder you can spend comfortably in this situation. And more, stairs of the annex were not stable as in my country (Japan), so I always fell down. You can enter the main building free (without showing the key or something), and this means outsider can go inside easily. OK, this is in Zanzibar, Tanzania!!"
