It’s a 5 star hotel all around pushing to 6 if that was a real thing :) The only thing I can pick apart if I have to be critical, is that the beach isn’t to the standard you would expect, but this is out of the hotel’s control. "Good: Nice pool and access to beach. Good selection of activities! Rooms are closer to beach than other resorts. Bad: Staff is task oriented and poor at customer service. The place is kind of boring and too loud with kids to make it relaxing. Definitely a family resort! I stayed here and Wyndham. I would choose this place for the pool and proximity to beach. You have to use shuttles or grab to go to any attractions from both places!"
