The resort itself is stunning — beautifully maintained gardens, gorgeous lagoon-style pools, and plenty of space so it never felt crowded even during a busy holiday weekend. We loved spending our days poolside and taking peaceful walks around the property. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The bed was super cozy and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.Breakfast was fantastic with a huge variety of options, and the restaurants offered delicious food and great service throughout our stay. "We stayed at the Crowne Plaza in the beginning of April for 3 nights on our way back from our primary trip the New Zealand and Australia. The Hotel is very nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and had plenty of room. The actual beach area is ok. There could be more seating options out there. The pools are very nice, which is one of the reasons we booked here. It can be a little tricky finding a spot to lay in the shade / sun. As with most island resorts, things move a little slower than normal, but always with a smile."

"Very poor service,the air conditioning was not working amd we were only told about the check in was done ....and told will provide fan but wasnt provided.we asked for our refund so we can move to some othe hotel which was approved but till date we haven't received our received....i already called the hotel for follow up but no reply "

"Amazing staff, grounds, buffets, and villas. Our trip and experience had some bumps in the beginning, as the parts of the property and rooms are under construction (due to be completed in October 2026). The staff went above and beyond to make it right, and blew us away with their Fijian hospitality that knows no equal. Our stay was magical a filled with memories we will carry with us forever."

"Paradise on Earth! The pool was clean and relaxing. Our room was cleaned beautifully daily. Views from the restaurants (especially at sunset) were to die for! The gem of the resort, though, is the staff! Activity/recreation staff of Lai, Vili, and Jelo became family. Eci was the most attentive and sweetest waitress. These people, plus more, elevated this vacation to a whole new level. The beach, water, and island view was BEAUTIFUL! There was minimal seaweed. The seaweed didn't affect us, because we swam out past it to the coral reefs. Great snorkeling with beautiful and varied marine life! We did bring our own snorkels. I highly recommend the Cast Away island/snorkel tour from the guys at the watersport hut on the beach. Fijian hospitality is exemplified at this resort! "
